K7M2/GFP-luciferase cells are derived from the mouse osteosarcoma K7M2 cell line by stably integration of a constitutive GFP and Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. K7M2 cells are used to investigate the molecular mechanisms of osteosarcoma and to explore potential therapeutic approaches. The K7M2 cell line is known for its ability to metastasize to lungs, making it a relevant model for studying tumor metastasis. K7M2/GFP-luciferase cells stably express GFP and Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
