Description
JVM-2/GFP-luciferase cells are derived from the human lymphoblast cell line JVM-2 by stably integration of a constitutive GFP-firefly luciferase expression construct. JVM-2 cells have been used in cancer research and drug development. JVM-2/GFP-Luciferase cells stably express both GFP and firefly luciferase reporters, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
