Jurkat/NFAT Reporter (GFP, Luc) cells are derived from the human immortalized T lymphocyte Jurkat cell line by stably integration of a NFAT GFP and firefly luciferase reporter construct. Jurkat cells have been used to study acute T cell leukemia, T cell signaling, and the of various chemokine receptors susceptible to viral entry, particularly HIV. Jurkat/NFAT Reporter (GFP, Luc) cells stably express GFP and firefly luciferase under the control of the NFAT response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of NFAT signaling pathway.
