Jurkat/NF-kB Reporter (GFP) cells are derived from the human immortalized T lymphocyte Jurkat cell line by stably integration of a NF-kB GFP reporter construct. Jurkat cells have been used to study acute T cell leukemia, T cell signaling, and the of various chemokine receptors susceptible to viral entry, particularly HIV. Jurkat/NF-kB Reporter (GFP) cells stably express GFP under the control of the NF-kB response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of NF-kB signaling pathway.
