IM-9/Cre cells are derived from the human B lymphoblast IM-9 cell line by stably integration of a constitutive Cre recombinase stably expression construct. IM-9 cells are widely used in research related to hematological malignancies and multiple myeloma, as well as drug development. IM-9/Cre cells stably express a nuclear localized Cre recombinase.
