IFN beta luciferase reporter lentivirus (Puro)

Catalog number
LV-1133
Description
Interferons (IFNs) are pleiotropic cytokines that plays important roles in variety of biologic activities, including innate and adaptive immune responses, organogenesis and tumor development. IFN responses are amplified by an autocrine loop with IFN-beta as the priming cytokine. This IFN beta luciferase reporter lentivirus expresses firefly luciferase under the control of human IFN beta promoter, with puromycin as a selection marker. It can be used to monitor the regulation of IFN beta expression.
