HT-29/RFP cells are derived from the human colon cancer cell line HT-29 by stably integration of a constitutive RFP stably expression construct. HT-29 cell line has been widely used to study molecular mechanism under cancer development, including tumor growth, invasion, and metastasis, as well as identify potential therapeutic targets. HT-29/RFP cells stably express RFP, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
