HT-29/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human colon cancer cell line HT-29 by stably integration of a NF-kB firefly luciferase reporter construct. HT-29 cell line has been widely used to study molecular mechanism under cancer development, including tumor growth, invasion, and metastasis, as well as identify potential therapeutic targets. HT-29/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the NF-kB response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of NF-kB signaling pathway.
