HPAF-II/Cre cells are derived from the human pancreas adenocarcinoma HPAF-II cell line by stably integration of a constitutive Cre recombinase stably expression construct. HPAF-II cell line has been widely to study pancreatic cancer biology, test new drugs, and explore potential treatments. HPAF-II/Cre cells stably express a nuclear localized Cre recombinase.
