HEK293T/RFP cells are derived from human embryonic kidney cell line HEK293T by stably integration of a constitutive RFP stably expression construct. HEK293T cells are widely used in biomedical research due to their robust growth, ease of transfection, and versatility in various experimental applications. HEK293T/RFP cells stably express RFP, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
