GFP lentivirus (UBC, Hyg) Description GFP lentivirus has been widely used to manipulate cell transduction protocol, as well as in vitro/in vivo imaging. This GFP lentivirus contains UBC promoter driven GFP expression, and PGK promoter driven hygromycin as a selection marker. The transduced cells can be selected by hygromycin.
