GFP lentivirus (PGK, Hyg) Description GFP lentivirus has been widely used to manipulate cell transduction protocol, as well as in vitro/in vivo imaging. This GFP lentivirus contains PGK promoter driven GFP expression, and SV40 promoter driven hygromycin as a selection marker. The transduced cells can be selected by hygromycin.
