GFP lentivirus (EF1a, Puro) Description GFP lentivirus has been widely used to manipulate cell transduction protocol, as well as in vitro/in vivo imaging. This GFP lentivirus contains EF1a promoter driven GFP expression, and PGK promoter driven puromycin as a selection marker. The transduced cells can be selected by puromycin.
