Description
FaDU/RFP-luciferase cells are derived from the human pharyngeal squamous-cell carcinoma FaDU cell line by stably integration of a constitutive RFP and Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. FaDu cells are widely used in cancer research, particularly in studies focused on head and neck cancers, including squamous cell carcinomas. FaDU /RFP-luciferase cells stably express RFP and Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
