FaDU/GFP cells are derived from the human pharyngeal squamous-cell carcinoma FaDU cell line by stably integration of a constitutive GFP stably expression construct. FaDu cells are widely used in cancer research, particularly in studies focused on head and neck cancers, including squamous cell carcinomas. FaDU /GFP cells stably express GFP, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
