Daudi/Cre cells are derived from the human Burkitt lymphoma cell line Daudi by stably integration of a constitutive Cre recombinase stably expression construct. Daudi cells have been widely used in B-cell biology, immunology, cancer research and drug development. Daudi/Cre cells stably express a nuclear localized Cre recombinase.
