Daoy/Cre cells are derived from the human primary medulloblastoma Daoy cell line by stably integration of a constitutive Cre recombinase stably expression construct. Daoy cells has been used as a model system to investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying medulloblastoma development, progression, and response to treatment. Daoy/Cre cells stably express a nuclear localized Cre recombinase.
