C4-2/GFP-luciferase cells are derived from the human prostate cancer C4-2 cell line by stably integration of a constitutive GFP and Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. The C4-2 cell line is notable for its ability to metastasize to lymph nodes and bone, making it a valuable model for studying advanced prostate cancer and metastasis. C4-2/GFP-luciferase cells stably express GFP and Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
