c-MYC lentivirus (N-terminal FLAG tag, TET-inducible, Hyg)

Catalog number
LV-1437
Description
MYC (c-MYC) is a regulator gene that codes for a transcription factor that is believed to regulate expression of 15% of all genes. c-MYC is one of the genes that has been used to generate iPS cells in culture. c-MYC lentivirus (N terminal FLAG tag, TET-inducible, Hyg) expresses a N-terminal FLAG tagged human c-MYC under the control of the TRE3G promoter with hygromycin as a selection marker. With PGK promoter driven Tet-On 3G, c-Myc expression can be induced by doxycycline .
