β-catenin WT lentivirus (N-terminal FLAG tag, TET-inducible, Hyg)
Catalog number
LV-1447
Description
β-catenin plays an important role in various cellular processes. β-catenin levels are tightly controlled via phosphorylation, ubiquitination, and proteasomal degradation. Its abnormal accumulation and the activation of the associated Wnt signaling pathway are linked to numerous cancers, including colorectal and liver cancer. Targeting the Wnt/β-catenin pathway is an active area of cancer research. β-catenin WT lentivirus (N-terminal FLAG tag, TET-inducible, Hyg) expresses wild-type β-catenin with a N-terminal FLAG tag, under the control of the TRE3G promoter with hygromycin as a selection marker. With the PGK promoter-driven Tet-On 3G, β-catenin expression can be induced by doxycycline.
